About MeName: Connor Pelkey Brief Bio: Connor Pelkey was born on May 23, 1990 in New York State. He was raised around the state and seldom left it. Around age 12 he took a great intrest in music which he practiced his Bass guitar and Alto Sax. He kept practicing for a year and got good, but he always wanted to make something new and different from everyone. Well, he makes new things now because in 2004 he got Cakewalk and begin to compose his own songs. He has gotten a Mandolin in 2005 to assist in his composing. His theory about how to make a song is: "If a song would go in a direction that you wouldn't expect, do it!" So, he went on to craft the odd genre-bending songs. He always remembers that in order to bend a genre, you must know the genre first. So he also crafted songs that would make a purist happy. Although he always is trying to innovate, he never does anything that will comprimise the emotion of a song, for he also likes to say: "Music, Poetry and Art are all connected on one plain: Emotion!" |
